Hacha is more than a bar—it’s a movement. As London’s first dedicated agaveria, it has redefined how the city drinks tequila and mezcal, blending innovation, authenticity, and cultural pride in every pour. Their now-iconic Mirror Margarita—a crystal-clear twist on the classic—was the first bar-created cocktail to be stocked in a national grocer, launching in over 180 Sainsbury’s stores across the UK. It’s a landmark moment not just for Hacha, but for the entire cocktail industry, proving that bar-quality drinks can reach a wider audience without compromising craft.
From 07–09 August, Hacha joins forces with Café Pacifico and 1910 Cantina as part of the Mexican Collective at Cocktails in the City. Together, these agave trailblazers will showcase the depth and diversity of Mexican spirits in a vibrant celebration of flavour, heritage, and hospitality.
Guests can experience Hacha’s signature style at either of its two London locations. In Dalston, the original site on Kingsland Road offers a cosy, neighbourhood vibe with an ever-changing list of 25 agave spirits, creative cocktails, and Mexican street food from Tigre Tacos. It’s intimate, award-winning, and deeply rooted in East London’s cultural fabric. Meanwhile, Hacha Bermondsey—set within the sun-drenched Bermonds Locke hotel—channels Tulum-inspired elegance with a spacious terrace, bold new cocktails, and vibrant dishes from Nopalito. Whether you’re sipping a Mirror Margarita in the glow of Kingsland Road or exploring agave flights in Bermondsey’s tropical oasis, each bar offers a distinct yet equally immersive journey into the world of agave.
Agave is having its moment. These are the bars leading the charge. See you at the bar.
