A festival of cocktails you will find up to 20 of London’s finest cocktail bars in pop-up form in London’s largest private Georgian garden. Supported with live music, silent disco, street food, tastings, demonstrations and other unique drinks related experiences.

The event will take place at Bedford Square Garden, WC1B 3DP

The festival is hosted outside in London’s largest private Georgian garden.

Within the garden there are two beautiful stretch tents that can accommodate up to 400 persons and every participating bar is also undercover.

The average guest will spend 3 – 4 hours enjoying cocktails, food and music at this event.

Session times last for 4 hours in the day and 5 hours in the evening.

The whole event is step-free, the setting and environment is spacious and visual impairment is not an issue at Cocktails In The City.

Cocktails can be ordered from any of the participating bars and three or more food vendors will be on-site offering a range of cuisine styles including gluten-free and vegan options. Beer, soft drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails are also available. Food vendors in July will include Sticks N Sushi (Japanese), Cafe Pacifico (Mexican) and Officina 00 (Italian). In August and September, food vendors will include Sticks N Sushi (Japanese), Prairie Fire BBQ (BBQ) and Get The Greek (Greek).

Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and videos to share their experiences. Please do tag us on social media at @cocktailsinthec Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

We won’t run a cloakroom at CITC. For group bookings we can provide a storage box for any bags organised in advance.
We provide seating for approximately 30% of the total guest capacity, the event is a mix of vertical and seated experiences and as a festival guests will typically travel around the garden throughout the event.
Yes, portable toilets have been installed in the gardens including wheelchair-accessible toilets.
As an outdoor event wearing a mask is not required.
Guests are welcome to arrive at any time during the session although we recommend arriving with enough time to enjoy the experience fully.
You can arrive anytime during your session but please keep in mind last entry is 30 minutes prior to the closing time of your session.
No animals are allowed apart from service dogs.
Under 18s are permitted to attend with parent supervision, including babies and toddlers. Children under 16 enter for free.
Metered parking is available in the proximity of the event but with its proximity to many overground and underground stations, we recommend arriving by public transport.The closest underground stations are Tottenham Court Road & Goodge Street Station.
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
