For the last three years, Everleaf Drinks has been an event partner to Cocktails in the City thanks to our shared focus on flavour and experience. Officially our non-alcoholic partner and used in a wide variety of drinks by London’s leading bars, we invite our guests to enjoy a world of flavour where nature leads and complexity follows. Guests at Cocktails in the City can enjoy a non-alcoholic cocktail on every stand.
These creations spotlight Everleaf, the vibrant non-alcoholic aperitif founded by conservation biologist Paul Mathew, whose commitment to biodiversity and depth of flavour has helped redefine what mindful drinking can be. With a range inspired by diverse natural landscapes—Forest, Mountain and Marine, Everleaf brings layered, textural drinking experiences drawn from carefully sourced botanicals, from Madagascan vanilla to sea buckthorn and saffron.
As the most frequently used alcohol-free ingredient by our participating bars, Everleaf has been the natural non-alcoholic partner to Cocktails in the City for the past three years.
