HeavenSake

HeavenSake is an innovative sake brand that merges traditional Japanese craftsmanship with French winemaking expertise, creating a unique and luxurious product in the drinks category. Founded by entrepreneur Carl Hirschmann, HeavenSake is a collaborative effort with Regis Camus, a renowned French cellar master celebrated for his work with Piper-Heidsieck Champagne.

Originating from Japan, HeavenSake partners with some of the most prestigious sake houses in the country to produce its blends. Each variety of HeavenSake is brewed using pure, natural ingredients like rice, water, yeast, and koji mold. The rice used is polished to an incredibly high degree, removing impurities and focusing on the flavours, which is a hallmark of premium sake. The brand currently offers several expressions, including Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo, both of which are considered among the highest grades of sake.

What sets HeavenSake apart in its category is the fusion of Japanese tradition with French sensibility. Regis Camus applies his extensive knowledge of blending, traditionally used in champagne, to create a balanced, smooth, and refined taste profile that appeals to both sake aficionados and newcomers. This blending technique results in a sake that is exceptionally elegant and versatile, easily paired with a wide range of cuisines beyond traditional Japanese food.

An interesting fact about HeavenSake is its commitment to sustainability. The brand emphasizes eco-friendly production methods and minimal intervention in its brewing process. Additionally, HeavenSake is presented in elegantly designed bottles that reflect its premium status and the fusion of Eastern and Western influences. This combination of heritage, quality, and innovative blending makes HeavenSake a standout in the world of premium beverages, offering a contemporary take on a time-honoured Japanese tradition.
