This August, six finalists go head-to-head, live in the garden, each serving their own original slushie straight from the bar.

The inspiration behind it all: the Miami Vice, a piña colada and strawberry daiquiri collided into one glass, meeting this summer’s biggest trend – the boozy slushie.
In partnership with Industry by Moët Hennessy UK, we challenged London’s top bartenders to take two cocktails, layer them together, and freeze the result into something entirely new.
