Produced at Hacienda Casa Macías in Tequila, Jalisco, this additive-free spirit is crafted using time-honoured methods—slow-roasted agave, natural fermentation, and roller mill extraction—ensuring every drop reflects the soul of its origin.
Founded by José Manuel “Don Manolo” Macías, a metalsmith turned master distiller, Pa’ Todos is the culmination of decades spent building tequila stills and studying the nuances of agave production across Jalisco. His deep respect for the craft led him to create a distillery that honours heritage while embracing community. The name itself—“Tequila for Everyone”—speaks to the brand’s ethos: accessible, authentic, and proudly inclusive.
The Blanco expression is crisp and vibrant, showcasing fully mature Blue Weber agave with bright citrus notes and a clean, peppery finish. It’s a versatile pour, equally at home in a classic Margarita or sipped neat to appreciate its purity. The Reposado offers a mellowed complexity, aged to reveal subtle oak and vanilla without overpowering the agave’s natural character.
From 07–09 August, Pa’ Todos joins the Mexican Collective at Cocktails in the City, alongside Hacha, Café Pacifico, and 1910 Cantina. This spirited collaboration brings together some of the UK’s leading agave advocates to celebrate the diversity and dynamism of modern Mexican hospitality.
