Hacha Bar returns to Cocktails in the City in 2026 with a standalone bar, bringing one of London’s most influential agave specialists back into the spotlight. Famous as the home of the Mirror Margarita, Hacha has become a benchmark for modern agave hospitality, known for its clean, minimalist style and its ability to introduce guests to new and interesting producers from across Mexico.
Right now, Hacha is on a residency at Ixchel in West London, serving their signature cocktails and agave led drinks while they relocate the bar to a new London home. Throughout the summer they will be popping up at selected events, keeping their community connected and continuing to showcase the creativity that has defined Hacha since day one.

At Cocktails in the City this August, Hacha will be showcasing two standout agave producers: Mezcal Maya Jules and Loca Loka. Both represent the kind of independent, characterful spirits that Hacha champions, offering guests a chance to explore the diversity of agave through refined, modern cocktails. Their appearance builds on Hacha’s role in the Mexican Collective in 2025, where they first introduced consumers to emerging producers and helped broaden London’s understanding of agave culture.
Their return in 2026 marks a new chapter for the bar, bringing the Mirror Margarita and their wider agave program back to the festival with the clarity, confidence and innovation that have made Hacha one of London’s most admired agave destinations.
