Think speed dating meets drinks masterclass — 3 x 10-minute tastings, each hosted by the makers themselves. Discover the backstory behind their brands, the inspiration, the challenges, and of course taste their creations, including how to enjoy them in mixed drinks at home.
Sessions start every 30 minutes, only 8 guests per session, £10 per person. This experience sells out early — book your slot on arrival.

Aker English Aperitif
Aker English Aperitif is a modern British aperitif made with English wine from leading producer Chapel Down, botanicals and hand?picked fruit. Bright, elegant and naturally expressive, it delivers layered citrus, soft florals and gentle bitterness. A fresh, contemporary alternative to continental aperitifs, crafted with vineyard?to?bottle care.
Simply top with soda or tonic, for a refreshing, low-alcohol spritz.
Shogun Sake
Shogun Sake is one of London’s only craft sake breweries, built from the ground up in Peckham with no outside investment and a commitment to doing everything by hand. Using a blend of Japan’s famed Yamada Nishiki rice and European sushi rice, they create modern English sake with clarity, purity and quiet complexity. During your tasting, you’ll hear the story of how the brewery was founded, the challenges of making sake in the UK, and how to enjoy Shogun’s clean, versatile profile both chilled and in contemporary cocktails at home.
Maya Pistola Agavepura
Maya Pistola Agavepura is India’s first 100% agave spirit, crafted with meticulous care and shaped by a blend of Mexican technique and Indian terroir. Smooth, expressive and naturally complex, it offers warm spice, soft smoke and gentle sweetness, reflecting both cultural heritage and modern craft. In the Tasting Rooms, guests will meet the makers, uncover the journey behind creating an agave spirit outside Mexico, and taste how its layered character works beautifully in Margaritas, highballs and simple home serves.
