SOMA

SOMA has long been one of those bars that quietly earns the respect of London’s cocktail crowd. Their original Soho hideaway set the tone: sleek, minimal, moodily lit and built around a drinks program that blends precision, creativity and a distinctly modern Asian influence. More recently, they have expanded east with a new outpost in Canary Wharf, bringing that same calm confidence and technical finesse to a completely different part of the city.

They first appeared at Cocktails in the City as part of the prestigious Bartenders Edit stand, where their clean, contemporary style made them an instant favourite. This year, SOMA returns as part of the Pan Asian Collective, joining GONG and ROKA in one of the centrepiece experiences of the July edition. It is a natural fit for a bar that has always championed Asian flavours and techniques.

For 2026, SOMA is working in partnership with Maya Pistola Agavepura, Indias first 100 percent agave spirit. The collaboration opens up a new flavour landscape: bright spice, soft smoke and layered aromatics that feel both familiar and completely new.

Expect a serve that is refined, modern and quietly bold. A standout addition to the Pan Asian Collective and a highlight for anyone exploring the festival in July.
