Dim Sum Library joins Cocktails in the City, fresh from a highly successful London launch, building on years of acclaim in Hong Kong and bringing a selection of their signature dishes for guests to enjoy this July.
MAINS
SWEET AND SOUR – Pork or chicken/Mock Chicken (v) served with steamed rice.
Crispy pork neck with pineapple and peppers in a bright, classic Hong Kong sweet-and-sour glaze.
WOK FRIED HO-FUN with sliced Wagyu Beef – Classic Hong Kong-style stir-fried noodles with premium beef – rich, smoky and full of flavours
SMALL DISHES – all served with ma la cucumber
Black Truffle Har Gau – Shrimp Dumpling – Classic shrimp dumpling refined with truffle aroma, encased in a thin dumpling skin. A premium upgrade on a traditional favourite. Light umami – Earthy truffle – Clean seafood sweetness
Wild Mushroom & Beetroot Dumpling (vegan) – Beautiful plant-based dumpling blending wild mushrooms with sweet beetroot in soft pastry – vibrant and flavourful.
Dan Dan Xiao Long Bao – playful interpretation of Dan Dan noodles – spicy, aromatic and nutty soup filling wrapped in a delicate dumpling with succulent chicken. Spicy – Aromatic – Nutty – Comforting broth.
