Behind every great cocktail lies a great story. London’s Greatest Cocktails is a guided tasting of three of London’s most notable drinks delivered by the people who created them.
For the cocktail enthusiast, this tasting workshop provides behind-the-bar insight into the creative process, flavour creation, and the execution of delivering London’s most highly regarded drinks.
Hosted in the luxurious surroundings of the Bloomsbury Club Bar at the Bloomsbury Hotel, Bloomsbury, this event will be filmed and guests in attendance give consent to being part of a filmed audience.

Federico Manganaro – The Guards Bar and Lounge at Raffles – The London Sling
The original world-famous signature serve, Raffles and the Singapore Sling gained worldwide popularity since it’s inception in the early years of the 20th century. The Guards Bar and Lounge at Raffles London located on Whitehall with it’s entrance opposite Horse Guards, the official entrance to Buckingham Palace has developed a Slings menu inspired by the original flavours of the Singapore Sling and infused with British local products.
Deano Moncrieffe – Hacha Bar – The Mirror Margarita
The first signature serve from a bar to achieve national retail distribution the Mirror Margarita is now expanding beyond the borders of the bar and the UK to international markets. A neighbourhood agaveria that burst onto the scene with unique agave pairing combinations, Deanos previous roles as an international tequila ambassador gave him the experiences and insight to develop the Mirror Margarita.
Giulio Guarani – Dover Yard at 1 Hotel – Barley & Spore
With a nature-first philosophy, an AA Sustainability Award and winner of Bar Magazine 2026 Environment Award, Dover Yard is the flagship bar for the 1 Hotel group located in Mayfair, London. Director of Bars, Giulio, will elaborate on how the bar combines local and seasonal produce with modern bartending techniques to deliver exceptional signature serves.

Mirror Margarita. Created by UK Specialist Bar of the Year 2022 & 2023, London’s Hacha Agaveria, multi-award-winning Mirror Margarita is a crystal-clear twist on the classic Margarita cocktail
Barley & Spore. An Old Fashioned, but not as you know it. Bourbon depth, Dover Yard’s home-grown mushrooms, and a Guinness finish – familiar, yet entirely new.
