In the highlands of Arandas, Jalisco—where volcanic soil nurtures blue Weber agave for over seven years—Cazcabel Tequila is born. Named after the mythical Don Cazcabel, a revered medicine man known for his potent elixirs, the brand blends tradition with innovation to craft a range of tequilas that are expressive, versatile, and full of character.
At its core is the Cazcabel Blanco, a crisp, earthy spirit that showcases the purity of agave. It’s the foundation for the brand’s more adventurous expressions: Cazcabel Honey, infused with Yucatán and Manuka honey for a silky sweetness; Cazcabel Coffee, a bold liqueur layered with roasted coffee, chocolate, and vanilla; and Cazcabel Coconut, a tropical escape that evokes sun-drenched shores.
Each variant is crafted using traditional brick ovens to steam the piñas for 26 hours, resulting in a softer, more nuanced profile. This commitment to quality and storytelling has made Cazcabel a favourite among bartenders and tequila lovers alike.
This August, Cazcabel joins forces with Café Pacifico—London’s legendary Mexican bar—at Cocktails in the City’s Mexican Collective (07–09 August), a vibrant celebration of Mexican spirits and culture. Together, they’ll showcase the depth and diversity of agave, offering guests a chance to sip, savour, and explore the flavours of Mexico in one unforgettable setting.
Whether poured neat, shaken into a cocktail, or used to elevate a dessert, Cazcabel Tequila invites drinkers on a journey through Mexico’s rich terroir and folklore—bottled with reverence and flair.
See you at the bar.
