Made entirely from scratch in Sussex using a blend of jaggery, panela, and molasses, Goldstone is one of the few UK distilleries fermenting and distilling its own rum. Their Spiced Rum, naturally flavoured with nine botanicals including cassia, clove, and dried orange peel, offers a dry, aromatic profile—think warm ginger cake and citrus zest. Meanwhile, their Overproof delivers roasted tropical fruit, burnt sugar, and a lively peppery kick at 57% ABV.
Laki Kane, the acclaimed Islington tiki haven known for its theatrical flair and immersive atmosphere, brings its signature energy to the partnership once again. With Goldstone’s rich, characterful rums in hand, the team is set to shake up a series of cocktails that are vibrant, unexpected, and distinctly British.
