Le Cordon Bleu Tastings at CitC

Le Cordon Bleu masterclass sessions take centre stage at Cocktails in the City this July, offering guests a rare opportunity to learn from one of the world’s most prestigious culinary institutions.

Le Cordon Bleu is the world’s most prestigious culinary institution, renowned for its mastery of French gastronomy, wine, and hospitality management. Celebrating its 130th anniversary Le Cordon Bleu established itself in Bloomsbury, London in 1931, and the school has been at the forefront of culinary education, training generations of chefs, sommeliers, and food entrepreneurs. Led by one of Le Cordon Bleu’s Master Chefs, these sessions will delve into the fundamentals of culinary technique, demonstrating how precision and craftsmanship elevate ingredients to their fullest potential. Joining the experience will be Matthieu Longuere, Master Sommelier, who will provide expert insights into pairing food and drinks, ensuring guests leave with a deeper appreciation for balance and complexity.
