The Guards Bar and Lounge, located within Raffles London at The OWO, is a refined drinking destination that embodies British elegance and heritage. Overlooking Horse Guards Parade, the bar offers a sophisticated setting steeped in history, where guests can enjoy expertly crafted cocktails inspired by tradition and craftsmanship.
The Guards Bar and Lounge will be showcasing their craftsmanship in two ways at the July Cocktails in the City Event. To celebrate the launch of their new terrace for the summer of 2025, The Guards Bar and Lounge has partnered with luxury tequila brand Enemigo for al-fresco agave cocktails highlighting the diversity of flavours found within Enemigo. On this stand The Guards Bar and Lounge will be hosting throughout the festival for the enjoyment of all customers at the event.
On Friday, July 12th, 2025, The Guards Bar and Lounge will join forces with Artesian Bar at Cocktails in the City, presenting a collaborative showcase on the Local Luxury stand. This partnership brings together two of London’s most celebrated cocktail institutions, both known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and locally sourced ingredients.
The collaboration will highlight the essence of British luxury, featuring a selection of cocktails that celebrate seasonal produce and artisanal spirits. Guests can expect a menu that seamlessly blends the refined techniques of Artesian with the heritage-driven approach of Guards Bar. Signature serves may include a Royal Orchard Martini, crafted with English gin, heritage apple distillate, and a delicate elderflower mist, or a Whitehall Old Fashioned, featuring a rare British single malt infused with oak-smoked honey.
This partnership at Cocktails in the City reinforces the idea that luxury is not about excess but about thoughtful craftsmanship and provenance. Through their presence on the Local Luxury stand, The Guards Bar and Lounge and Artesian Bar will showcase how London’s cocktail scene continues to evolve while staying rooted in tradition.
