Muse at RSA House is a hidden gem in the heart of London, nestled within the historic Georgian townhouse of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA). Located just off The Strand, RSA House has been a hub for innovation and social progress since its foundation in 1754. Today, it serves as a prestigious venue for events, conferences, and creative collaborations, seamlessly blending period architecture with modern design.

In 2024 RSA House partnered with Idyll Drinks founded by Marcis Dzelzainis to create a bar and menu featuring British ingredients, bespoke distillates, and art pairings.
Marcis Dzelzainis is a celebrated figure in London’s cocktail scene, known for pioneering innovation and sustainability in drinks. His career began in Leeds before moving to London’s Quo Vadis, where he refined classic cocktails and introduced Japanese bartending techniques. From there, he worked at renowned venues like 69 Colebrook Row, The Drinks Factory, Zetter Townhouse, Dandelyan (now Lyaness), and Sager + Wilde, consistently pushing boundaries in mixology and ingredient sourcing.
His passion for provenance led him to El Destilado, where he championed small-scale agave distillates. Seeing the dominance of corporate brands, he launched Idyll Drinks in 2024—a sustainable soda brand focused on wild ingredients and high-quality craft production. Throughout his career, he has redefined luxury by blending heritage, craftsmanship, and sustainability, from foraged ingredients to bespoke British distillates. His work resonates with a growing movement towards authentic, responsible drinking, making him one of the most influential innovators in the industry today.
Since its launch in November 2024, Muse has been redefining the cocktail experience with a focus on sustainability, local provenance, and regenerative British ingredients. Its ethos aligns perfectly with the Local Luxury stand at Cocktails in the City, where it will showcase its commitment to craftsmanship and traceability.
At the July 2025 edition of Cocktails in the City, Muse will bring its signature approach to luxury—one that celebrates British agriculture, wild distillates, and innovative mixology. Led by Head Bartender Kevin Price Houghton, the team will present a curated selection of cocktails that highlight the beauty of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Expect serves that feature wild botanicals, heritage fruits, and sustainable spirits, all crafted with meticulous attention to detail.
Muse’s participation in Local Luxury is a natural extension of its philosophy: that true indulgence comes from authenticity and respect for the land.
Muse will collaborate with The Gallery Bar at The Savoy at Cocktails in the City on the Local Luxury Stand on Thursday 10th July in partnership with brands including Sipello and Sipsmith.
