Light and fruity in the mouth with great mouth feel with a sharper citrus finish

  • Ingredients

    37.5ml Rhubarb infused Bacardi Carta Oro

    20ml Fresh Lime

    10ml Hibiscus Syrup

    4 Drops of Butterfly Pea Essence

    Topped with a grape shrub foam*

    Add 100ml of Shrub Mix* with one egg. Dry shake vigorously and layer on top.

     *700g sugar, 400ml water, 100ml white wine vinegar, 100ml grape juice. Slowly simmer all ingredients together.

  • Instructions

    Shake first four ingredients together and strain into chilled coupette. 

    Top with Grape Shrub Foam. 

    Garnish with edible flower.

An Asian inspired Daiquiri incorporating some classic English flavours such as the rhubarb. This will also be served out of a daiquiri fountain at Cocktails in the City.​
