    25ml Auchentoshan 12yr

    25ml Lemon Juice

    12.5ml Chambord

    12.5ml Raspberry Puree

    12.5ml Gomme

    Innis and Gunn Barrel Aged Saison Raspberry Beer

  • Instructions

    Shake first five ingredients. Strain into Collins glass over cubed ice. Top with Innis and Gunn and garnish with lemon zest and raspberries.

Very refreshing fruity notes slowly give way to the rich notes of Auchentoshan. Innis and Gunn believe there is a beer for everyone and this cocktail is a great introduction into both categories.
