A spirit forward cocktail with a nutty sweet and salt flavour profile, seriously fun.

  • Ingredients

    50ml Popcorn infused Naked Grouse*

    5ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry

    10ml Homemade Fig Syrup**

    2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

    *handful of sweet and salted popcorn infused for 24hrs. Filtered.

    **Fig Conserve heated with equal parts of hot water and half caster sugard. Slowly simmer until syrup.

  • Instructions

    All ingredients shaken and strained over cubed ice in a rocks glass.

    Garnished with fig and orange twist.
