The Champagne Brunch

Part of the edible Martini collection being created for the spring/summer season at Gaucho where the garnish is akin to a canape and flavour matched with the cocktail Gaucho with elit by Stolichnaya
  • Ingredients

    35ml elit by Stolichnaya

    15ml Aperol

    30ml Orange and Grapefruit Sherbet

    10ml Gomme

    Champagne Foam

  • Instructions

    Shake the first four ingredients with cubed ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

    Top with Champagne Foam.

    Garnished with a cheese filled pepper.
