Strawberry and Coconut-Tea

Guests at the event will be able to choose from four coloured drinks Red, Blue, Green and Yellow - each with it's own distinctive taste profile and focus

Created by Opium Cocktail Bar and Dim Sum Parlour and Ceylon Arrack

  • Ingredients

    50ml Ceylon Arrack

    10ml Pampelle Ruby Red Grapefruit Liqueur

    25ml Strawberry Tea

    5ml simple syrup

    3 dashes of Peychaud bitters

  • Instructions

    All ingredients are shaken and served on the rocks on a block of ice

    Garnished with a strawberry and grapefruit leather
